It was alright. Outdated HR practices, not a good impression as the first interaction. Nice office and colleagues. Departments are not very cohesive. The interview process begins with a screening call, followed by a skills assessment and behavioral interview. Successful candidates are invited for a final round of interviews with the hiring team.
