Submit resume through referral, video screening online with behavioral questions and written answers, case/Behavioral Interview with a panel of interviewers with questions related to the respective team. There was no quantitative element to the case interview, mostly just conceptual.

How would you develop a strategy for a retailer trying to expand their optometry business?
I initially had a telephone interview. This was followed by a 2nd stage interview with a Senior Manager from the team. The third stage interview was with a Director and Partner, after which I was offered the role.
The interview process consisted of three stages. First, I completed an online assessment provided by SHL, which mainly tested analytical and problem solving skills. After that, I had a video interview with competency and motivation based questions. The final stage was a manager interview, where they asked more in depth questions about my background, experiences, and fit for the role.
