Very straightforward and positive. The whole process took roughly a month from contact to decision. There was a screening interview followed up by two 30-minute interviews focused on Behavioral/Culture fit and Technical fit. All parties involved were very engaged and made me feel like my time was being respected. Deloitte was very specific about expectations of the interviews and expected that you were impactful with your time. I would have definitely liked more time in any of the interviews, but appreciate that I was able to slip them into my normal working hours.
