Entrevista
It was very straight forward. Two behavioral interviews and one case study interview . The interview process should not take longer than 2 weeks. There are practice cases on their website that are extremely helpful and if you follow them, you will be fine. The hardest part is getting the interview.

Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a team member who was not pulling their weight.
Primero se realiza una llamada con recursos humanos y posteriormente se hace una sesión en grupo y participar en dinámicas variadas para evaluar el trabajo en equipo. Para finalmente tener una reunión con responsables técnicos y de recursos humanos.

el proceso de la entrevista se trata de preguntas sobre mi experiencia, resolviendo cuestiones prácticas y sencillas. Mostré interés con preguntas finales. La entrevista fue clara, profesional y me sentí seguro.
