The interview at Deloitte with the Director was smooth and focused on a single, general question. They primarily discussed my background, experiences, and how it aligned with the role. General questions i.e. how do you your stress while doing multi tasking task?
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
