I applied online and got interviewed by partner. Overall process was smooth and I ended up getting the job. Asked me about my experiences and why I want to apply for the position. Asked me about my tax experiences and also assessed my knowledge about tax.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
