There were 4 rounds
First one was group discussion followed by technical exam then a manager round and at last a partner round
In GD there were a group of 8 people and given a topic you need to discuss upon, in GD they are just not looking for participants who speak good points but also there character and attitude and their leadership skills like ” Do they give chance of talking to other participants”

What are the different projects you have worked on in your previous role ?
The interview process was professional and well-organized. It started with an initial HR screening where they asked about my background, availability, salary expectations, and interest in Deloitte. After that, I had a technical and behavioral interview with the team. They asked about my previous experience, how I handle pressure, and how I would work with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment. Overall, the difficulty was average.

They asked me why I wanted to join Deloitte and how my skills and previous experience would help me succeed as an Associate in Dubai.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
