Entrevista
One thirty minute on campus interview with a manager. Followed by second round interview in-office with one partner and two senior managers. Finally we went to a nearby lunch spot with four senior associates. Very expensive lunch, no expense spared.

Describe a recent news article you read that relates to the accounting industry.
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.

Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
