First round of aptitude, Logical Reasoning,English which were sections of an online test., Second round PI, first round consist of about some 30 questions per section, the level of all 3 parts was fairly easy, so speed matters. About 10-12 candidates were shortlisted for next interview round. Interview consisted of CV based questions and general HR questions. The panel had three to four members, The interviewers may try to stress you but this doesn't happen with everyone. Be prepared with good answers that should not sound rot learned but customized to your own personality. Candidates with diverse interests may be preferred, Knowledge of coding is not compulsory but advantageous.
