All interviews are scheduled on the same day.
- Business case with a manager
- HR: FIT interview
- Business case 2 with a partner
The cases are strategy consulting cases which you should practice upfront.
First interview is with HR, pretty standard, no issues. Second interview was a group case study supervised by a manager and the final interview was with a partner technical + fit.
The interview consisted of 3 rounds.
1 - aptitude test (logical reasoning, quants and verbal)
2- basic resume interview round
3 - HR round

razonamiento logico,matematico y cuadrar un balance y p&l a partir de unos asientos contables y reflejar tambien los asientos+ dinamica de grupo con otros candidatos+entrevista tecnica con manager.
