The Deloitte strategy and operations interview process had 3 rounds - guesstimate (market sizing), case study interview round(mergers and acquisitions) and a partner round(mostly an HR round). The guesstimate round was telephonic whereas the case study round was one on one with an adaptive case. The partner round was mostly on my previous work experience.
