Entrevista
1. aptitude test to screen out some inabilities. Just be yourself. The test report is confidential but it consists of several parts include your maths skills, degree of logical thinking, whether you match well with the core value of DTT and some issues related to loyalty. The calculation is quite complicated and no need to know how they analyse the data collected. Just take it easy.
2. then group interview with 2 examiner (one is HR staff, one is senior or manager), group interview includes case study, group discussion and presentation. Questions are data-based. Be more aggressive and pretend to be a talkative person with leadership.
3. Final interview. One to one interaction with partners. (mostly 1, sometimes 2)
4. Offer
5. If accept it, start working in Sept or January. Two batch every year.
6. Some superior candidates may have several offers in hand, thus rejecting offer is common among big 4. Just wait and see the result. If you were an internship trainee before, 100% can guarantee you a direct offer after graduation. (Given that you didn't mess things up during your internship or have some quarrels with your mentor at that time)
First step is Group discussion, then a First round of Interview and lastly a Final round of Interview. First round was Human resource round and final was technical and online round.

il colloquio si basa su tre step: conoscitivo, colloquio di gruppo in cui guardano alla tua persona, al tuo carattere, chiedendoti punti di vista, prospettive future e facendoti fare qualche lavoro di gruppo, infine un colloquio tecnico in cui vengono poste domande in materia di bilancio e audit

Pour le processus de recrutement chez Deloitte en audit, j’ai d’abord passé un entretien RH, centré sur mon parcours, mes motivations et ma cohérence avec le cabinet. Ensuite, j’ai participé à un entretien en groupe, où l’objectif était d’évaluer notre capacité à travailler en équipe, à argumenter et à écouter les autres. Enfin, j’ai eu un entretien individuel avec un manager, davantage orienté sur des aspects techniques, mon raisonnement et ma compréhension du métier d’auditeur.
