Very fast recruitment process. Got an interview session with a Partner within the same week that I applied. Questions are more on behavioural and experiences. The Partner was a bit too smug, arrogant and condescending. Kept on dismissing my answers and saying that I don't have enough exposure to be working with them. Made me feel intimated throughout the interview. Overall, it was a terrible interview session and I am glad I caught the red flags early.

Do you have experience auditing Public Listed entities? How do you deal with juniors that would not cooperate? What other companies did you apply to? If another company and Deloitte are offering an offer, which will you choose?

First with the team lead and then with the Partner. The phone screening is with teh HR rep. The whole process takes about 1 month from teh start to the finish

Overall difficulty was moderate. Candidates are advised to prepare practical examples and have a good understanding of the role.
