I interviewed for the Audit Associate position at Deloitte SEA. First, there was a phone call. Second, I took a test that assessed my IQ and personality. The third step was a virtual interview. The interviewer was very relaxed and she likes that I asked her many questions(Research is very important). The interview was conversational, and overall, it went great and ran smoothly.

Tell me about yourself? What is your interest and hobby?Why you took accounting? Are you aware of the job scope?
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.

Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
