The Deloitte interview process typically consists of several stages designed to assess your skills, experience, and fit for the role. Here’s an overview:
1st round is the aptitude test. Test is divided into several sections like accounts, eng, LR,QA. you need to pass in every section.
round 2- Round 2 is GD . Topics like mental health, influence of bollywood actors on teenagers, OTT platforms etc.
round 3 - is Personal interview . questions like - tell me about yourself, accountancy Qs like balancesheet ,journal,trial balance, ratios etc.

It was an on campus placement interview, they mostly asked about my CV and personal achievements. Some questions were regarding basics of accounting like principles of accounting and treatment of depreciation and other items in all 3 statements.

the interview was very conversational. entry level position is not technical at all but you should bring in experience anyways. didn’t get the position but interviewers seemed very laid back and were probably taking the interview from their phone
