Informal yet professional. We have discussed past achievements, successful projects, likes and dislikes, my ideas on my future role, my future manager ideas and needs for this role. There was a lot of pozitive energy during the interview, many ideas for innovating and transforming the role. Many promises, which made me "buy" the job 100%, no hesitation what so ever.

I had 8 interviews, which were virtual, counting the 3 that were cancelled. The process took close to 5 weeks. I was asked to find time on 3 different dates and times to accommodate an interview. They came back with a time of their own. I met with 3 different partners. Only one was good and knew his ecosystem well. I met with a Senior Manager who wasn't from the practice, and wasn't sure why she was interviewing me. That interviewer was from Change Management, and I was interviewing for a Technology SM position. I had 3 interviews that were cancelled, and never told me. I dialed in per the invite and no one joined. No apologies from Deloitte for cancelling without telling me, or for having to change my schedule to accommodate them. I interviewed very well and handled the questions and barrage of behavioral interviews with success. After the 5th call, I never heard back from Deloitte, nor from the recruiter.
