after applying to the job as a consulting intern , i was called after 2 weeks to come in for an interview , after arriving , i was treated very nicely .. the interview was very indirect and the HR manger seemed to wanting to know more about my character than my knowledge "but maybe because my grades were very high " i was then asked about how would i deal in pressure environment and deadlines .
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

What about this team interests you?
Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
