I had a telephonic interview with two of their recruiters for a job in a different country where I was based. It lasted over an hour ranging from a run through of my CV, describe my strengths, how would you cope with pressure given the demands of the job, so on and so forth. It was conducted very professionally, although lasted longer than I anticipated for a first round interview basis.
