Very chaotic. I was contacted by a recruiter a week after my online application, asking for dates on which I would be able to do the interview. A few days later, I got an automated rejection email (?!). Afew days later, I received the Teams interview link from the recruiter. I was interviewed by one of the seniors. The interviewer was constantly interrupting me. The kind of questions that he was asking were really vague and unclear. He even got some of the answers wrong (I checked the answers afterward, I was actually right but he was insisting on something that did not make any sense.) Two weeks after my interview, I was again contacted by the same recruiter asking for my availability for the teams interview (they had totally mixed things up and they did not know that I had already gone through the process). You would expect that a large company like Deloitte would do a better job handling the applications, but no, if felt like they have no idea how to handle the new hires.
