I had prepped for questions about weaknesses and risks taken that succeeded but not this question. It stumped me because I'm not a risk-taker. I'm confident in what I do professionally, based on experience, and I wouldn't call a lot of the challenges I solve necessarily risk-taking. Also, I don't really think too much about risks taken that failed. That's not my mindset.
