In technical grounds, make sure to address extensibility, scalability, data consistency and integrity aspects of your design, for example (or any other *-ability of a SoA.) On non-technical grounds, I guess you should address cultural fit concerns (e.g.: collaboration, get-things-done vs perfectionism, etc.)
