Interview process was really long and not worth it for the money. 1 hour interview with recruiter, 1 hour interview with software architect, 1 hour interview with two more software architects and CTO, Given Programming assignment (took about 4 hours), 1 hour review of code from assignment. Asked to do additional Programming assignment (4 more hours), 1 hour interview meeting with COO Don K. I got low balled by COO at 130k to 140k range but recruiter initially said 155k to 160k. Highly unprofessional. I would have never kept going but they strung me along. Rejected at the end because I was not experienced enough...
