Entrevista
This was the rudest phone screen I have ever had. The minute the hiring manager was on the phone she said there was a list of questions she needed to get through and only had 15 minutes. No introduction about herself or the organization. She didn't even tell me anything about the role- I had to ask at the end. I felt like her mind was made up before the interview even started, it was obvious from her tone and abruptness. I am usually disappointed when I receive a rejection email but this one was a relief. I understand my qualifications might not have been a match but there was no excuse for the rudeness. If she had been polite and shown interest, I would have left with a positive view of the organization regardless of whether or not they moved forward with my candidacy.

Very clear and straight forward information from their HR rep - she even gave me tips for preparing and anticipated questions. The last round interview was very challenging and they asked for an additional interview so it ended up being 5 total rounds including a written assignment t

Entrevista
Initial response was pretty quick - a few days after submitting the application. The first step was a take home test, then I had a video interview with the hiring manager and then an in person interview. All in all it took about 4 weeks for the process.
