I applied for this position on 9th February. Then, on 19th February, they sent me a Bryq assessment. On 2nd March, they sent me a home assignment, which I completed on 8th March. After that, I waited for their response.
I sent a reminder email asking whether they had reviewed my code, but I received no reply. A week later, I sent another follow-up email, and again there was no response. Eventually, on 7th April, they informed me that they were still reviewing my home assignment. Since then, I haven’t heard anything from them.
I feel like I was ghosted. It’s disappointing because I believe I at least deserved some feedback.

5 stages, over 1 month of process. I've done all the stages with very good feedback including technical take home task, technical interview and culture fit as well. On the last stage I was discussing about the team, type of contract etc. I was informed that HR will contact me very soon. Guess what. Ghosted. Doodle never reached me again and they didn't bother providing clear feedback for recruitment agency as well. Recruitment agency ghosted as well.
Worth noting that they contacted me, I didn't apply for the job myself. Please don't waste your time guys and omit those type of corpo-nonsense.

Entrevista
The interview process first involved a behavioral and cognitive assessment on BRYQ. The second step was a coding assessment requiring the completion of a small project, that was related to the role and coding languages of the application. The exercise had to be completed in a limited amount of time. The exercise was followed with an interview with a manager to talk about the delivered project and other related experiences, mainly discussing structural choices and code explanation. No theory questions were asked during the interview. This was followed with an interview with a higher manager, which was a quick chat about past related experiences. Lastly, the process involved an interview with HR, discussing strengths and weaknesses, future expectations, and vision alignment.
