long, dragged out, time-consuming take home assignments that aren't worth low compensation. take home assignments require SQL, data analysis, and even powerpoint building- feels like way too much free labor.

They reached out to me within a few days and I was contacted to set up a phone interview. On the call, the recruiter didn't seem interested in learning about my background and did not listen while I spoke. The recruiter seemed to be working on something else in the background. Overall it was a bad interview, and they issued a no-reply rejection email a day later.
hr screen, case study for two days completion then a couple of behavioural interviews. Process was pretty straightforward but teams were restructuring internally which was not viable for the process. Nice people
