Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Dual Entry (New York, NY).
Entrevista
The interview started with a fast-paced HR screening that lasted about 15 minutes. Despite the short duration, the recruiter managed to cover key aspects of my professional background, focusing mainly on previous experiences. The conversation was objective and efficient, though somewhat rushed, leaving limited room for deeper discussion or elaboration on specific achievements.

As many of the other comments state, very odd process with claiming the screening process does not use AI and then obviously using AI... Same spiel about over 5,000 applicants etc. They do a fully AI-proctored "take-home assessment" which is just a multiple choice quiz and a leetcode medium.
Absolutely the craziest hiring process I've ever seen. The "quiz" has a heavy focus on Django specifically (what does this attribute do in Django, etc), when they claim in their job description that knowing another modern Python framework is sufficient. I happened to crush the coding task in around 10 minutes with fully documented code and the two most optimal approaches, annotated with time/space complexities etc (I knew the problem very well) and despite that, it is not enough to proceed through screening because of the poor multiple choice performance alone. Interesting.
