You apply through the staying agency, Aerotek. they'll call you in to test your typing speed, 10 key number entry, Microsoft word, outlook, and excel skills. Takes a few weeks and then they'll call you for an interview. The interview was laid back and simple. A couple weeks later I get a call back saying they want to hire me for temp to hire. You go in to aerotek to do paperwork and they'll send you off to do your drug test and a few days will pass and you'll get your start date in an email. First 2-4 weeks are training. There's quite a leading curve if you've never worked in this type of environment. You make a lot of decisions that can ultimately effect your clients.
Zoom calls. Interviewed with the recruiter and discussed my past experience, and why I wanted to work there, and helped prepare for next round. This was back in March of 2021.
It was good process, they asked great questions and made you feel at lease during the time. They were able to answer my questions very well and give me information on how work is from day to day.

Entrevista
Fairly straight forward, asked about myself and goals, and was told about the position and company. It was overall a good experience and nothing was stressful about it! There was a video call and then a phone call to where I was offered the position and was sent paperwork that day. I started 2 weeks after that
