Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. Hiring manager was over 30 minutes late to our phone interview and indicated he was in the car heading home in traffic. He seemed unprepared and had very little to ask. After being cut short because he had arrived at home, he said we had a good conversation and would be contacting me the next day to schedule a second interview with him and another member of his team. Never heard from the guy again.
