not very complicated. i got a phone call from hr, they asked me some basic questions and wondered if i would be interested in position. after that i received an invitation for test at the office, then interviews with hr, team ,partner.

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
