Entrevista
The hiring process started with online aplication. After some time I received a link to an online test to fulfill. Next step was assesment center at their main office - it lasted aproximatly 1 hour and consisted of 3 test - numerical, verbalreasoning and english test. After few days I got an invitation to 2 interviews - first with a manager and second with HR member.
Unfortunately due to some misinformation I was directed to the manager from the wrong department so I had to come or another interview few days later.

The questions were mostly connected to hard skills. There were no "soft" questions like stuff I like or why did I choose this company.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

What team would you want to work for most and why?
The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
