Entrevista
Eerst leg je online testen af die je persoonlijkheid vaststellen en je logisch redeneervermogen testen. Vervolgens krijg je dan een uitnodiging om op HR-gesprek te komen. Ten slotte mag je op tweede gesprek komen bij een manager van de afdeling waarvoor jij solliciteert als je eerste gesprek goedgekeurd werd.

excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
