Contacted directly, then phone screening, questionaire, request for "cover letter" like application, and then.... silence. Requests following up went unanswered.
I can understand I might not have been what they were looking for - they based their cold call off my LinkedIn profile rather than any actual personal knowlege of me - but their recruiter just never followed up or let me know I had been dropped from consideration - if indeed I had been!

Pretty fast and flawless. Done fully remotely. One interview with HR, one technical one (with quite experienced guy), and one with manager. Everything was organized within two weeks. One of the best interview experiences I had. Had an impression that company is very well organized.
