Entrevista
Very easy, simple, straightforward interview process. Skills-based therefore encourages scripted answers where you regularly repeat your answers. Could put a parrot in front and they would get the job.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
