Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fui entrevistado pela EY (Chennai) em set. de 2016
Entrevista
The interviews were conducted, on the Campus, for two days and the candidates were clearly told about what was expected of them.
The aptitude test had 3 sections - English, Financial accounting and logical reasoning. It was an adaptive test, i.e., the level of difficulty changes according to the number of questions correctly answered.
The first round was HR. As usual, it was behavioural asking us to mention our strengths and weaknesses, hobbies, why EY and so on.
Tip: Don't pretend to be someone that you're not. They will see right through you.
The next was the technical round. This is about the subjects you studied during your course. Also, since EY is an accounting firm they will check your knowledge of taxes and basic accounting.
Usually, there is only one round of technical. I had two, first round the interviewer asked about taxation and in the second round, I was sent to a senior manager who gave me few transactions and asked me to prepare accounts.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how do you rate your accounting skills?
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
The interviewers were very rude and unprofessional. conffused me so much did give me a chance to even speak. were basically mocking me and making fun of me. they were talking like kids and were bullies
