The Phone interview last about 30 mins and questions are bit different compared to the traditional one. You can't really prepare so just try to do your best. Receiving my result after 3 days but didn't provide feedback, only a general video.
Phone call interview. Asked motivational questions about the industry and EY specifically. Asked to take through CV and tell about yourself. Then asked about an interesting article or market trend

Relatively easy. Start with behaviral interview with 2 senior associate, very casual. 1-2 week after, receive a take home case you have 2 days to complete on an industry. Very straight forward
