I went through employee referral on 6th Jan 2018, my first round was GD to choose a topic on your own and to speak about for 2mins and immediately they will announce shortlisted candidates and then goes drafting mail where you will be given a scenario and you're supposed to draft a mail to recipient as soon as you finish, you will be given Aptitude test for 60 marks paper with 1 hour time - Basic Accounts, Grammar and analytical questions. So third round will be HR round, its all about your self introduction. I was invited to attend technical round on 9th Jan 2018 in my HR round itself, so I attended technical round and it was based on case studies... Finally ended up saying Leave for the day...
In case studies calculate No. of US days including arrival and departure, this question is similar to resident and non resident which we studied in Bcom, just calculate the days
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
The interviewers were very rude and unprofessional. conffused me so much did give me a chance to even speak. were basically mocking me and making fun of me. they were talking like kids and were bullies
