I had 1 phone interview with HR, then I had 3 Skype interviews. The Skype interviews consisted of the hiring manager, a peer at the hiring manager's level, and the supervisor of the hiring manager.
Interview process was a bit longwinded but not too difficult. Comprised of a mental maths/literacy test, followed by a virtual interview, then two face to face interviews, the second of which was slightly less formal.

A lot of questions were situational and related to relevant experiences.

I was referred to the EY recruiter from a friend who wasn’t interested in the position. I had a phone interview for 1 hour and spoke about the position and shared about my experience. It’s a unique mix of Financial/reporting analyst and project support analyst which is what interest me after hearing more about it.
Next step was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Spoke about the position and about my experience. I don’t recall hard questions. Just sound enthusiastic as I was after that first call with the recruiter.
Next call was a follow up from the recruiter to inform me of hearing great feedback from the manager! But since I was interviewing with other companies during this time, it just so happens that one was their client. I can’t share to respect the privacy of the client. I was told I’ll probably need to choose who I talk to. Of course I choose EY as it has continuous growth especially given that it’s a Big 4. You’re career is set if you can get in! The exciting part is that the team’s office is on the client’s campus. Great as you get to enjoy a tech company’s perks. Lol
Moving on, a week later I set up my onsite with a team of 6. Lasted 1.5 hours but I came in confident and brought the excitement with me as I was already pumped up after hearing good things about the company from the recruiter and hiring manager.
After I was done, I was given a mini excel test. Looking for answers using pivot tables, the average function, choice of vlookup or index function, and Sumif function. Know those and you’ll be fine. I’m not great at excel but it was straight forward. Someone on the team will assist you if you need more clarification and assistance.
Overall, Great vibes through the whole interview process. Had onsite close to the end of a week so I have yet to hear from them. Praying on that offer but even I don’t get the job, I have to say the team was wonderful and whoever comes in would be super lucky.
Be positive even if you don’t get chosen, look at every interviews as good practice for the next one. Good luck!

Questions were pretty straight forward...tell me about yourself, questions on your resume, how do you deal with conflict on a team etc. Nothing too technical.
