4 round process
Round 1- HR part-1- Questions about yourself. Interest areas, Preferences for career.
ROUND 2- HR - Same as round 1 with little bit variation
Round 3- Technical round- Mostly accounting based questions were asked. Lot of cross questioning was der.
Round 4- Technical- Mixture of HR round and Technical round

Questions on modelling experience
Testing for linear and logistic regression

Short interview for 30 mins
Not selected for second round.
Need modelling development or validation knowledge
Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
