Excellent, 4 rows of interviews, final decision came from foreign hiring manager but the overall process took 1 month. Mandatory English interview for those outside US/UK/Australia, we work in English 100% of the time. Got interviewed by partners as well and everyone was able to provide feedback, this ensures the quality of the work environment (I can vouch for it, I've interviewed people myself as part of the same process once inside)
Two rounds of interview. First with Senior Manager or Director. Final with Partner. First mostly technical, second more relaxed, seeing fit and all that. Overall chill and not that bad

Straight forward process. Not very thorough and interviewer asked fairly basic questions. Didn't give much information about the company, clients or culture which would have been useful. Seemed fairly disinterested.
