Inscrição em fevereiro (online), testes online em abril (português, lógica, inglês e contabilidade) dinâmica de grupo com estudo de caso, redação (tema definido) e entrevistas com gestor e sócio (separadamente) em agosto.

I applied online to their trainee program. I did some tests sent via e-mail (mostly about general knowledge, then english, then accounting-specific knowledge). After being approved I went to the first interview. I was mainly asked about why I chose auditing and accounting, about my availability, etc. I didn't pass to the next phase because the hours didn't match my classes'. Overall nice experience, and I'd try again if I was still in accounting.
