A virtual job simulation which included tasks such as writing emails and situational judgement as well as video interview questions. I found that there was an issue with the feedback after my rejection not being shown on the online portal and EY took a long time to rectify this.

They hosted a Pre interview event / social where you meet current staff and interviewers, followed by one round of interview which lasted around 30 minutes. You are told tbe outcome on the same day.

Standard. Co mp te ncy questions and motiv rational as well as situational. Nothing ynexpected - the traditional. Very orderly and structured - not conversational. Prep the usual, have examples from CV, and learn some key facts about the firm.
