Entrevista
I got the interview call through EY campus recruiting. The first round was a video interview where a set of 6 questions were given and you had to 3 mins to record your answer. You can have 2 attempts for each question. The questions were mostly behavioral in nature.
I didn't qualify for the final round, however, it was a positive experience

Tell me about a time when you challenged the way things are done in an innovative or destructive way
Tell me about a time you used your technical expertise to solve a problem.
Interview process is made of some technical questions and soft skill assessment. The interviewer was very professional and assessed very fairly. Some case study was also presented and performance were reviewed

What is supply chain in your definition and what is it like of a bad supply chain and good supply chain
The first interview was with HR and then followed by User Interview (1-3 weeks after the HR interview). They used English mainly. HR interview covered behavioral questions, meanwhile the User Interview was very technical.
First started with application, then practice sessions with group, then on interview day, a group zoom call where you enter a room with the person you will be interviewing with.
