I gave an Online test, after clearing it I was called for an interview. The interview was TR and HR combined which was supposed to happen for 15 minutes, but mine went for 45 + minutes, both the panelists were really good and they actually wanted to know about you.

The recruitment process was conducted through campus placements. The role was assigned automatically, and candidates were not given a choice regarding the position. After the initial screening, I was invited directly to an HR interview and did not have a separate technical interview round. The HR discussion focused on basic questions about my background, education, career goals, and willingness to relocate. During the interview, I was asked whether I would be comfortable relocating to Bengaluru, although the campus drive was being conducted for the Kolkata location. The interview process was straightforward and not particularly difficult. However, I did not receive any direct communication regarding the final result. I later learned through the Training and Placement Cell that I had not been selected.
