A writing assessment is required for interviewing with advisory group. Pre night before 1st round on-campus interview. The next day was a 1-1 behavioral interview. Very standard process. 2 days after 1st round, I received a call saying I was invited to the office visit which is the 2nd round interview and was asked to choice a day (next week or the week after). 2nd round started with a breakfast at 8:30am with other candidates from the region, hosts of each candidate, and recruiters. Breakfast ended around 9:50am. There were 3 one on one interviews. My first one was a case interview with a 10 pages doc. But all you need to know is the SWOT analysis. My second and third interview were very conversational based. We talked about my resume, my school work, previous internship experience. I told the recruiter that I was going overseas the day after tomorrow so I may not be able to answer calls. She said no problem. And the next day she called me saying she wanted to let me know I got the offer before I travel overseas. Very considerable. =)
