The process was split into rounds, starting with an AP test, followed by a group discussion, after which I had a good interaction with them on all that was mentioned on my CV and a general discussion on what my role was all about.

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
