The job position was posted in the paper, giving a deadline to respond by, through an email. On receipt of the email, HR gave me a call to ask me some initial questions in order to see if I had an understanding of audit and the processes. I was then given an interview date and time. I was interviewed by a Senior Manager and a Partner, for about 30 minutes. I then got a response from HR about a week after that I had been accepted.
