Hr called me to discuss basic details and she asked my current ctc, I told her that as per my company policy I can't disclose it then she started talking to me rudely saying that who told you you can't disclose. When I asked why does it matter what my current ctc is she said how will she judge how much salary to offer. Then at the end she rudely told me that this is hr round and I have to disclose my current ctc and cut the call. Good that I got to know what kind of people work over there and didn't waste my time in the interview process.
