interview was a long process - 4 rounds, plus meetings with staff members for them to get to know you. I meet a recruiter at a career fair and applied on the website
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
