mainly based on CV 2 rounds of interview. technical and HR based. HR based was easy and was like a regular interaction. i was asked about 5 years from now
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
