The EY interview process begins with an online application, followed by a phone interview, and then a video interview. For experienced professionals, the process may include two to three phone interviews that cover behavioral, technical, and domain knowledge. After the phone interviews, there is a day onsite where you will meet the people from the team and leaders of the group.
